Supported by the wider teams in Key Land Capital and Key Spaces (building management), the Cubey management is comprised of senior and experienced professionals with extensive property and financial expertise.

Kevin Sharkey FCA

CEO

Kevin is a qualified Chartered Accountant and experienced property developer, who over the past 10 years has delivered a consistently successful series of Commercial and Residential developments across the UK.
Following his completion of the ‘Blockchain Strategy Programme’ at Oxford University, Kevin conceived Cubey as ‘being able to offer investors easier access to the Property market and utilise blockchain to offer the best digital experience and control over their investments’.

Richard Bowden

Chief Information Officer

Richard has an extensive Financial Services and Big 4 Consultancy background and held various Senior Leadership positions at large blue-chip organisations for over 15 years. Cubey brings together his experience of technology innovation and operational management. Richard says that ‘Cubey is all about offering investors a great proposition, whilst at the same time utilising cutting-edge digital platforms so they are easy to track and future-proofed’.

Marie Livesey

Operations Director

Marie is a member of RICS and experienced in providing developer, landlord and property service management support. Marie’s proven strengths in team management and her organisation skills drive the team in providing the best possible service to both investors and asset property asset owners at Cubey.

Bradley Walker

Chartered Surveyor

Bradley is a member of the RICS and a qualified Chartered Surveyor. Before joining Cubey, he spent 3 years at British Land, gaining valuable experience in Property Management, Asset Management, Valuation and Portfolio Analysis. Bradley helps the team ensure that all the investment opportunities we provide meet the highest standards of build quality.

In addition, we look for value-added and opportunistic assets with future growth potential – the aim being strong capital growth. We also have a development pipeline within the existing portfolio and offer a lower risk focus in markets showing supply-demand imbalance and therefore long-term rental growth.

Responsible Investment

We provide investments only to those prospective buyers who use the Cubey secure site and contact us – we never cold call or practice any kind of pushy sales tactics. All of our investments are backed by a 14-day cooling period to ensure investors are happy with the purchase they are making.
